I am Holly Morris, an independent children's Mental Health & Emotional Well-Being practitioner. I am the director of 'The Mindfulness Teacher' Limited and under this umbrella, I work in primary schools in the UK, delivering evidence-based and bespoke interventions to students & coaching and consulting members of leadership in student well-being. I developed 'Cahhlm Classes' as a free and simple way for teachers to deliver mindfulness and well-being practices in the classroom.
