Play some calm music 🎵 Close your eyes 😌 Think about your feet. What do they feel like? Any sensations here? Repeat with your legs. Are any muscles tight? Tingly? Repeat with your stomach, arms, shoulders and face. Don’t be annoyed with any feelings, simply recognise they are there. Open your eyes 🙂
