Thurs 22nd: Finger Flow
Put one hand in the air. With the other hand, put your pointer finger at the base of your thumb. With your pointer finger, go up and down your thumb. Breathe in when you go up and breathe out when you go down. Repeat with all of your fingers.
Encourage the children to do this at any time of the day – before their spelling test, if they feel anxious or before they go to sleep.

I am Holly Morris, an independent children's Mental Health & Emotional Well-Being practitioner.
I am the director of 'The Mindfulness Teacher' Limited and under this umbrella, I work in primary schools in the UK, delivering evidence-based and bespoke interventions to students & coaching and consulting members of leadership in student well-being.
I developed 'Cahhlm Classes' as a free and simple way for teachers to deliver mindfulness and well-being practices in the classroom. This started out as a YouTube channel and is soon to be a subscription-based program for schools worldwide.
