Fri 23rd: Mindfulness Colouring
Print off this Mindfulness Colouring sheet (others can be found online), play some calm music and ask the children to colour it as neatly as they can in silence for 5-10 minutes depending on their age.
Focusing on this will clear their minds of any worries.
