Go out in the garden or to the park. As you’re walking, focus on your five 🤚senses.

What colours can you SEE? 👀 Which shades of greens?
What can you SMELL? 👃 flowers? The grass?
What can you FEEL? 🤚 The cold wind? Your gloves? The blades of grass?
What can you hear? 👂 The wind? Birds? Cars?
What can you taste? 👅 Any sweet treats or lunch?! 🍫

🌟 Being Mindful will calm everyone down, relax the whole family and allow you to spend some quality time together without distractions.
